Once I politely complained about spending more money because they don't know what they serving and receiving cold food too, the lack of service got even worse. We got more drinks and when the food arrived, to my surprise my pork belly did come with sides! In the mean time my friend lamb dish came to our table freezing cold. When I asked if my pork belly comes with anything I got told no, nothing. Eventually got our food order from a menu that is not exactly cheap.

We are usually a noisy lot so it didn't bother any of us just getting our preordered prosecco and being left alone. Last night we followed many years custom and went for my birthday dinner to the restaurant at Sanctum Soho Hotel. But they simply need to step up their game in the restaurant and they will offer a great hotel experience.

They apologised for all this, resolved the problems and as I've said, the breakfast was delicious. Then they charged us for breakfast despite our already having paid for it during the booking. There were only about 8 people in the restaurant over breakfast but we had to ask for service, remind a waiter that we hadn't been served and they got mine and my wife's order wrong. The breakfast was delicious but the staff we're a little distracted. The only thing that turned what would have been a 5 star review into a 4 star review was the restaurant. The Staff we're helpful and assisted us in anything we asked for. Very classy with wooden floors throughout and a dark, brooding decor. All the places to be if you enjoy shopping, shows and sightseeing. It's in easy walking distance of Regent Street, Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus and Lester Square. The major selling point of the hotel is it's location. We stayed for one night at the Sanctum Soho hotel and will definitely be staying again.
